Heavenly Retreat Etiquette 
At Heavenly Retreat, we provide a serene environment where your skin health and wellbeing are our top priorities. To ensure every client enjoys a seamless, restorative experience, we kindly ask that you review our clinic etiquette prior to your visit.

Arrival & Timing
Punctuality: Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. 
Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your service may be shortened to avoid delaying the next guest. Arrivals more than 15 minutes past the scheduled time may need to be rescheduled.

Pre-Treatment Care & Preparation
Active Skincare Products: Discontinue the use of retinoids (Retin-A, retinol), strong alpha/beta hydroxy acid (AHA/BHA) exfoliants, and self-tanners at least 48 hours before chemical peels or advanced skin treatments.
Medical Transparency: Please inform your skin clinician of any recent medical changes, pregnancies, new medications (especially antibiotics or blood thinners), allergies, or recent cosmetic injectables prior to your session.

Clinic Atmosphere & Environment
Consultations: First-time clients or those booking advanced corrective treatments require an initial consultation to assess skin health, discuss goals, and tailor a personalized care protocol.
